♪ ဖုန္း Hardware Power ပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာ အေၾကာင္း ♫

ဖုန္းတစ္လုံးရဲ့ powersection ပိုင္းမွာပါ၀င္တဲ့ components ေလးေတြရဲ့ အေခၚအေ၀ၚနဲ ့ေပါင္းစပ္ အလုပ္လုပ္ပုံ။ ၿဖစ္တတ္တဲ့ error မ်ားနဲ ့ၿပုၿပင္ပုံတို ့ကို အခုမွ စတင္ေလ့လာေနတဲ့ ညီငယ္မ်ားပါ နား လည္ သေဘာေပါက္ေအာင္၊ ပုံေလးေတြနဲ ့တကြ ရွင္းၿပေပးထားပါတယ္။ ကြ်န္ေတာ့္ရဲ့ သင္ဆရာမ်ားၿဖစ္ ႀကတဲ့ အေၿခခံ electronic ပညာကို သင္ေပးတဲ့ ဆရာႀကီးဦးသန္းဆင့္ ဆရာႀကီးဦးထိန္၀င္းနဲ ့ဖုန္း hardware ပိုင္းကို သင္ေပးခဲ့တဲ့ ဆရာကိုထြန္း၊ ဆရာခ်စ္ နဲ ့ၿမင္ဆရာမ်ားၿဖစ္ႀကတဲ့ ဆရာဦးေမာင္နိင္၊ဆရာကိုစိုင္း၊ နဲ ့ကိုစိုးၿမင့္သူ သူငယ္ခ်င္းဆရာမ်ားကို ဒီေဆာင္းပါးေလးနဲ ့ ဂါရ၀ၿပဳလိုက္ပါတယ္။

တကယ္ေတာ့ electronic နယ္ပယ္မွာ smartphone ဆိုတာ နည္းပညာအၿမင့္ဆုံး electronic device
လို ့ေၿပာရင္ရပါတယ္။ ဒီလို အဆင့္ၿမင့္ နည္းပညာတစ္ခုကို အေၿခံအဆင့္ မီတာတိုင္းနည္းေတာင္ မ သိေသးတဲ့ ညီငယ္ေတြအတြက္ အရာရာဟာ ေ၀၀ါးေနမွာအမွန္ပါပဲ။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ဘာမွအားမငယ္ပါနဲ ့ ညီေလးတို ့၊ ဇြဲရိွရိွနဲ ့ႀကိဳးစားအားထုပ္ဖို ့ပဲလိုပါတယ္ အဆင္ေၿပရင္ေတာ့ အေၿခခံပိုင္းပါ ေပါင္းစပ္ သင္ေပးတဲ့ သင္တန္းေတြကို ေမးၿမန္းၿပီးတက္ေပါ့။

ဖုန္းတစ္လုံးရဲ့ power ပိုင္းမွာ ပါ၀င္တဲ့ ပစၥည္းေလးေတြက..

(၁) capacitor

 အ၀ါေရာင္နဲ ့အညိဳေရာင္ အတုံးေလးေတြပါ။ သူတို ့က ပတ္လမ္းမွာ လိုအပ္တဲ့ dc volt ကို တည္ၿငိမ္မႈ ရိွေအာင္ၿပဳလုပ္ေပးပါတယ္။ dc လွ်ပ္စီးေႀကာင္းမွာ ေရာရွက္ပါလာတဲ့ ac လိႈင္း အေႏွာက္ အယွက္ေတြကိုလဲ ဖယ္ရွားစစ္ထုပ္ေပးပါတယ္။ ဒါကေတာ့ capacitor ေလးေတြရဲ့ ပုံပါ။

ဒီေကာင္ေလးေတြထဲက တစ္ခ်ိဳ ့ capacitor ေလးေတြဟာဒီစီဗို ့လိုင္းရဲ့ အေပါင္းနဲ ့အႏႈတ္ကိုခြၿပီး တပ္ ထားပါတယ္၊ တစ္ခါတစ္ရံမွာ ဒီေကာင္ေလးေတြေရွာ့ၿဖစ္ၿပီး ဖုန္းပါ၀ါေသတဲ့ ၿပစ္ခ်က္မ်ိုုးေတြ ႀကဳံရပါ တယ္။

ဒီပုံမွာဆိုရင္ မွ်ားအနီေရာင္ေလး ၿပထားတဲ့ capacitor ေလးေရွာ့ၿဖစ္ၿပီး ပါ၀ါေသေနတာပါ၊ power supply နဲ ့ခ်ိတ္လိုက္ရင္ အမ္ပီယာ အဆုံးထိ ၿပသြားပါတယ္။ ဒီလိုၿပစ္ခ်က္မ်ိုးက အေတြ ့အႀကဳံမ်ားတဲ့ သူဆိုရင္ ခ်က္ခ်င္း စဥ္းစားမိမွာပါ။ battery ငုတ္ရဲ့ အ၀င္မွာနားက အေပါင္းအႏႈတ္လိုင္းကို ခြၿပီးတတ္ ထားတဲ့ ဒီေကာင္ေလးက dc ဗို ့ကို လုံး၀ပိတ္ခ်လိုက္တာ။ Capacitor ေတြမွာၿဖစ္တတ္တဲ့ ၿပစ္ခ်က္ ကေတာ့၊ေရွာ့ၿဖစ္ၿပီး ၀ါယာႀကိုးတစ္ေခ်ာင္းလို ၿဖစ္သြားတာ ေနာက္တစ္မ်ိဳးက open ၿဖစ္တယ္လို ့လဲေခၚ ပါတယ္၊ capacitor ရဲ့ မိုက္ခရုိဖရက္တန္ဖိုး လုံး၀ေပ်ာက္သြားတာမ်ိဳးပါ။ ေရ၀င္တဲ့ ဖုန္းေတြမွာ အၿဖစ္မ်ား ပါတယ္။ တကယ္လို ့ဒီပစၥည္းေလး ေတြကို အစားထိုးၿပဳၿပင္မယ္ဆိုရင္၊ စက္ၿပားေဟာင္းေလးေတြ စုေဆာင္းထားရပါမယ္။ ဖုန္းထဲမွာ အသုံးၿပဳတဲ့ SMD components လို ့ေခၚတဲ့ ေသးငယ္တဲ့ ပစၥည္းေလးေတြကို အၿပင္မွာ၀ယ္ဖို ့မလြယ္ကူပါဘူး၊ ဒါေႀကာင့္ စက္ၿပားမ်ားမ်ား စုေဆာင္းထားတဲ့ သူဟာ အလြယ္တကူပဲ ၿပင္ဆင္လို ့ရသြားမွာပါ။

(၂) Resistor 

ဒီေကာင္ေလးေတြက အမဲေရာင္ အတုံးအေသးဆုံးေလးေတြပါ။ အရြယ္နဲနဲႀကီးတဲ့ ေကာင္ေတြလဲ အနဲငယ္ သုံးပါတယ္။ သူတို ့ကေတာ့ေရွာ့ၿဖစ္တယ္လို ့သိပ္မရိွပါဘူး open ၿပတ္သြား တာမ်ားပါတယ္။ fuse resistor ကိုေတာ့ အၿဖဴေရာင္ အတုံးေလးေတြအၿဖစ္ ခြဲၿခားေပးထားပါတယ္။ပုံမွာၿမင္ေနရတာေတာ့ SMD Resistor ေလးေတြပါ။

(၃) coil 

ကိြဳင္ေလးေတြကိုေတာ့ ပါ၀ါပိုင္းမွာ အနဲဆုံးေလးလုံးကေန ေၿခာက္လုံးထိ ေတြ ့ရတတ္ပါ တယ္ ကိြဳင္ေလးေတြ သုံးရၿခင္းရဲ့ အေႀကာင္းကေတာ့၊ ပတ္လမ္းမွာ လိုအပ္တဲ့ လွ်ပ္စီးေႀကာင္း အမ္ပီယာ၊
ေတာင့္တင္းေကာင္းမြန္ေစရန္၊ dc လွ်ပ္စီးေႀကာင္းကေန ac အသြင္ကို ကူးေၿပာင္းယူရန္၊ dc ဗို ့ကို လို အပ္သလို ထုပ္ယူေပးနိင္ရန္ အသုံးၿပဳႀကပါတယ္။ ပုံမွာၿမင္ရတာကေတာ့ SMD Coil ေလးပါ။

(၄) FET နဲ ့ SOT

FET က Field effect transistor , SOT က Small outline transistor ပါ။ ပါ၀ါပိုင္းမွာ ႏွစ္မ်ိဳးစလုံး သုံး တတ္ပါတယ္။ ဒီေကာင္ေလးေတြက လွ်ပ္စီးေႀကာင္းေတြကို လိုအပ္သလို အပိတ္အဖြင့္ လုပ္တဲ့ေနရာမွာ သုံးႀကပါတယ္၊ ေနာက္တစ္မ်ိဳးက battery ကို အားသြင္းတဲ့ ေနရာမ်ိဳးမွာ အမ္ပီယာကို လိုအပ္သလို ထိန္း ခ်ဳပ္ေပးနိင္ဖို ့သုံးႀကပါတယ္။ ဒီပစၥည္းေလးေတြ ပ်က္စီးသြားရင္ေတာ့ အမ်ိဳးအစားတူ တစ္ခုခုနဲ ့လဲလွယ္ အသုံးၿပဳသင့္ပါတယ္၊ ေၿခေတာက္ကို ႀကိုးပူးၿပီး သုံးတာရတယ္ဆိုေပမယ့္ ၊တစ္ခ်ိဳ႔ ပတ္လမ္းေတြမွာ ပါ၀ါ အဖြင့္အပိတ္ လုပ္ေပးယုံသာမကပဲ၊ charging ပိုင္းကိုပါ တြဲဖက္ေနတာမ်ိဳးဆိုရင္၊ error တစ္မ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးတက္ လာနိင္ပါတယ္။ ပုံမွာၿပထားတာကေတာ့ SOT ေလး၇ဲ့ပုံပါ။

(၅) DIODE 

ဒီေကာင္ေလးေတြကေတာ့ ပါ၀ါပိုင္းမွာ မပါ၇င္မၿဖစ္တဲ့ ပစၥည္းေလးေတြပါ ေအစီကေန ဒီစီကိုေၿပာင္းေပး တဲ့ေန၇ာမွာ သုံးပါတယ္။ ေနာက္တစ္ခုက zener diode ပါ၊ သူ ့ကိုေတာ့ တစ္ခ်ိဳ ့ညီငယ္ေတြ သိပ္သိမွာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ သူက ဘာလုပ္ေပးလဲဆိုေတာ့ ဒီစီဗို ့ကို ကန္ ့သပ္ၿပီး တည္ၿငိမ္ေအာင္ ထိန္းၿငိွေပးပါတယ္ အထူးသၿဖင့္ charging ပိုင္းေတြမွာ အသုံးမ်ားပါတယ္၊ ဒီစီဗို ့အားရဲ့အေပါင္းနဲ ့အႏႈတ္ကိုခြၿပီး တပ္ဆင္ ထားတဲ့အတြက္၊ ဒီေကာင္ေလးေရွာ့ၿဖစ္ရင္ ပါ၀ါပိုင္းပါ ေသသြားတတ္ပါတယ္။ပုံမွာၿပထားတဲ့ ပစၥည္း ကေတာ့ diode ေလးပါ။

(၆) PMU 

Power Management Unit ၿဖစ္ပါတယ္၊ ပတ္လမ္းမွာ ပါ၀င္တဲ့၊ အိုင္စီေတြရဲ့ ဗို ့အားလိုအပ္ခ်က္ကိုၿဖန္ ့ေ၀ေပးတဲ့ အိုင္စီပါ။ ဖုန္းတစ္လုံးရဲ့ အသက္လို ့လဲေၿပာနိင္ပါတယ္ ဒီအိုင္စီထဲမွာ အဓိက အပိုင္း(၅) ပိုင္းေလာက္ ပါ၀င္ပါတယ္။ battery ကေန၀င္လာတဲ့ ဗို ့အားကို လကၡံေပးတဲ့ input section စတုဂံ လိႈင္းကိုထုပ္လြတ္ေပးတဲ့ oscillator ပိုင္း၊ ပါ၀ါ အဖြင့္အပိတ္ကို လကၡေပးတဲ့ data in,out ပိုင္း၊ charging နဲ ့vibrator အပိုင္း၊ ကိြဳင္ပတ္လမ္းေတြနဲ ့တြဲဖက္လုပ္ေဆာင္ေပးတဲ့ output အပိုင္းတို ့ၿဖစ္ပါတယ္ ပုံမွာ ၿပထားတာကေတာ့ power section တစ္ခုမွာ ပါ၀င္တဲ့ ပစၥည္းေလးေတြ စုေပါင္းဖြဲ ့စည္းထားတဲ့ပုံေလး ပါ။

(၇) CRTSTAL 

ဒီေကာင္ေလးကေတာ့၊ pmu အတြက္ လိုအပ္တ ဲ့ oscillator ပိုင္းကို ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္ေပးပါတယ္။ ပုံမွန္ပတ္ လမ္းေတြမွာ ( f=1/CR) ပုံေသနည္းကို အသုံးၿပဳေပမယ့္၊ ဒီအပိုင္းမွာေတာ့ တည္ၿငိမ္တဲ့ ဗို ့အားကိုလို အပ္တဲ့အတြက္၊ crystal ကို အသုံးၿပဳတာၿဖစ္ပါတယ္။

Back light အပိုင္းမွာေတာ့ crystal ကိုမသုံးႀကပါဘူး။ ပုံမွာၿပထားတာကေတာ့ crystal ပတ္လမ္းေလး တစ္ခုပါ။

အရင္ကေတာ့ ဒီေကာင္ေလးေတြ အပ်က္နဲပါတယ္၊ hyawei g610 မွာေတာ့ ေတာ္ေတာ္ေလး အၿဖစ္မ်ား ပါတယ္။ သူရဲ့ error က ပါ၀ါဖြင့္ရင္ တစ္ခါတစ္ေလ အလြယ္တကူပြင့္ၿပီး၊ တစ္ခါတစ္ေလ ေတာ္ေတာ္ နဲ ့ ဖြင့္မရတတ္ပါဘူး၊ အဖုံးဖြင့္ၿပီး အပူေလးေပးလိုက္မွ ရသြားတာမ်ိဳးလဲ ရိွပါတယ္။ တစ္ခ်ိဳ ့ဖုန္းေတြမွာ သုံးေနရင္း ရုတ္တရက္ ပါ၀ါပိတ္သြားၿပီး၊ ၿပန္ဖြင့္လို ့မရတာ လဲရိွပါတယ္။ အေႀကာင္းကေတာ့ဒီ crystal ေလး အရည္အေသြးညံ့လို ့ပါ။ အဲဒီလိုပါ၀ါေႀကာင္တဲ့ ဖုန္းေတြဆို crystal လဲ ႀကည့္သင့္ပါတယ္။ ဒါ ကေတာ့ power section ပိုင္းမွာ ပါ၀င္တဲ့ ပစၥည္းေလးေတြနဲ ့ၿဖစ္တတ္တဲ့ error ေလးေတြပါ ဒီပုံေလး ကေတာ့ power ပိုင္းရဲ့ ဆားကက္ ပုံေလးပါ။

အလုပ္လုပ္ပုံ အေသးစိတ္ကေတာ့ ကြ်န္ေတာ့ရဲ့ ၿမင္ဆရာၿဖစ္တဲ့ ဆရာကိုစိုင္း ရွင္းၿပထားတာေလးကို မွီ
ၿငမ္းၿပီးေၿပာၿပပါမယ္။ Battery ကတဆင့္ ေရာက္လာတဲ့ 3.7v ဟာ pmu ic ရဲ့ input pin ကေနတဆင့္ pwm modulator ထဲကို ၀င္ေရာက္သြားပါတယ္၊ pwm ဆိုတာ pulse width modulation ကိုေၿပာတာ ပါ လိႈင္းထုပ္တဲ့ အပိုင္းပါ။ အဲဒီလိုပဲ အေပါင္းဗို ့ဟာ fet ရဲ ့ drain ကိုလဲ တိုက္ရ်ိက္ေရာက္ေနပါ တယ္ power button ကို ႏွိပ္လိုက္ရင္ အိုင္စီရဲ့ disable ငုတ္မွာရိွတဲ့ 1.8v ဟာ 0v သို ့ေရာက္သြားၿပီး အိုင္စီကို စတင္အလုပ္လုပ္ေစပါတယ္။ oscillator ပတ္လမ္း အလုပ္လုပ္ၿပီး output ပိုင္းမွာရိွတဲ့ coil အုပ္စုကေနတစ္ဆင့္ အိုင္စီမ်ားအတြက္ လိုအပ္တဲ့ ဗို ့အားမ်ားကို ထုတ္လြတ္ေပးပါတယ္။

power ic ေတြမွာ အၿဖစ္မ်ားတဲ့ ၿပစ္ခ်က္ကေတာ့ no power,charging error, ပိုင္းေတြပါ ေရ၀င္တဲ့ ဖုန္းေတြမွာ pmu ေရွာ့ ၿဖစ္တာ မ်ားပါတယ္။ battery တတ္လိုက္ရင္ vibrator ဆက္တိုက္ တုန္ခါေနတာ မ်ိဳးလဲၿဖစ္တတ္ပါတယ္။ pmu ေရွာ့ၿဖစ္ရင္ေတာ့ အသစ္လဲလယ္ေပး မွသာေကာင္းနိင္ပါမယ္။ huawei g730,610 အိုင္စီေတြကေတာ့ ၄၀၀၀ ေလာက္ရိွၿပီး အၿခားေမာ္ဒယ္ေတြမွာ အသုံးမ်ားတဲ့ pm8029 ကေတာ့ ၂၅၀၀ ပဲရိွပါတယ္။

ပါ၀ါပိုင္းေရွာ့စစ္တဲ့ နည္းေလးေတြ စစ္ပုံ အိုင္စီလဲပုံကိုေတာ့ ေနာက္ပိုင္းအခ်ိန္ရရင္ တင္ေပးသြားပါ့မယ္။
